I am a member of Applewood Pointe New Brighton a senior cooperative in New Brighton, MN.
This past week( September 16-19, 2025) our front and back parking lots were milled, problem areas repaired and then new asphalt laid.
The crew on sight was very friendly, most capable in their work, flexible to the needs of our senior community and a very strong work ethic.
The job was completed according to the schedule provided and daily updates were provided to our lead building maintenance manager.
The crew, everyday greeted our membership with respect, appreciative attitude and overall wonderful customer service.

TruSeal does an excellent job. I've worked with them for decades. The crews are skilled and helpful, the equipment is in excellent condition and, as a property manager, their responsiveness to the customers are appreciated.
Truseal America is very knowledgeable about the industry. They do excellent work and provide great customer service and communication regardless of the job size. They can confidently handle large jobs as well as smaller ones. I have worked with Truseal America for my asphalt and concrete needs in community associations for years and will continue to do so.
