We had an initial reading of about 16. Rick came over and assessed the best, and least intrusive, way to install a mitigation system. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. Post mitigation testing revealed the levels were still at about 8. Rick called immediately to make arrangements to figure out a solution. They were able to do additional work at a reasonable price. Finally, the results were at 3.8 - under the recommended minimum. We had a radon reading of 9.3. After doing a lot of research we decided to go with Rick. He came out right away, explained everything in great detail and was the only one (of the 3 other quotes) who walked around the house in -20 degrees to find the best place to run the pluming. Their work was next to none. They went over the job again before they started work, completed from start to finish in less than 6 hours and couldn’t even tell they were here. Rick and his team were very pleasant to work with, and did a clean, thorough job! They were very personable, accommodated our schedule, and efficient workers. They even followed up with making sure we had the retest kit and instructions when we initially did not receive them.
