“I called Master Plumbing with an urgent request because water was dripping out of the basement ceiling. I was freaking out and Denise, the business manager was patient and understanding. In less than 30 minutes a technician (Danny) was here. He was sharp and professional and an excellent communicator. Danny showed me the source of the leak, explained how he would fix it and in 20 minutes it was repaired. I was blown away! He also showed me the part he replaced so I could see where it failed and then he showed me what to do if I noticed moisture under the new part. The repair cost was reasonable, and the work area was left spotless.
I TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!! Plus, they're local to Inver Grove Heights. I will definitely call Master Plumbing for any future work.

“I called Rumpca Services this morning at around 10:30 am to check our water heater because the pilot light kept going out over the last four days. They had a technician out to my house by noon. He diagnosed the problem and told me the options were to fix the gas valve or replace the water heater because it was 14 years old. I felt the best option was to replace the water heater before something else went wrong with it because they only last for 15 years.
The technician had the new water heater in and heating up by 1:00pm. That’s only two and a half hours from the time I first called. That’s fast!
We will use Rumpca Services again in the future when we need something done fast and done the right way. Thank you.“

“After I discovered my 18-year-old water softener was leaking in September, I called Keith Nelson Plumbing. DJ visited the same day, diagnosed the problem, and suggested it was time for a replacement. He returned the next day with Jim & Justin to remove and replace the old water softener. They gave me a mini tutorial on how the new softener works and how to fill it.While they were here, we discussed my water heater (also 18-years-old) and decided to replace it with a heat pump water heater the following week, but not before DJ presented me with three written detailed replacement options with prices, listing the pros and cons for each. I believe he also consulted with a manufacturing rep to make sure I was getting the correct size and type for my needs.DJ, Jim, and Justin returned the following day to explain how the water heater works and showed me how to program the various modes. DJ returned two days later to recheck the water temperature.They also installed a new touch kitchen faucet. “During this last storm I noticed that there had been a little water in our basement. I immediately thought it was because our sump pump wasn't working properly so I called Steve to see if he could check it to see why it wasn't going on. Steve said he couldn't help with this but referred me to a plumber. However, upon speaking with Steve and explaining the situation Steve explained what he thought happened and in the end I wouldn't need to call a plumber at all.
