The service we needed was one that they did not offer, and they could of charged a service fee, but they did not, and they gave us a referral to a company who can help with our problem. Ted was the one that was in charge, and gave us good advise.

Bruce has done work on my furnace & today just did a new water heater. Great personality, easy to talk to, explained things to me and I have always had great experiences with him!!

My furnace went out and Shawn came out within an hour and fixed it. Explained and showed me everything he did. Answered all my questions. Friendly and professional. Would definitely use again!
