My Hot water heater had decided to die on my, so I spent the whole day calling around for pricing and availability to my surprise they had either non in stock or not enough man power or they didn't install water heaters or they wanted a ton of money for one. So the next day I started calling around again and at almost noon I was talking to Jean at Mobile Home Improvement Services, asked her if they installed water heaters and she said yes and proceeded to explain my situation, she asked for my number and then told me that Ted would be calling me later that day, which really surprised me. I got a call later that afternoon from Ted, wondering were about I was located, after telling him, he said he wasn’t that far away and he would be stopping over in 20 or 30 minutes, which I responded great. So Ted checked out water heater and determined it was not repairable, and the unit was 2 years past the warranty. Ted gave me a price and had the right heater in stock for my place and he had it installed and running in two days which was great to have hot water again. They left no mess, the service was great, and a special thanks to Jean.
