Bob with heatpro is amazing. my husband installed a new thermostat and our AC and heating wasn't working. we couldn't find anyone willing to help us. I called Bob and he immediately helped us over the phone get it all fixed. he was beyond amazing and couldn't recommend him enough. he will now be our go to guy for HVAC issues. couldn't recommend him enough. thank you again Bob. you are amazing.
I had an excellent experience with HeatPro and specifically with Bob, who came to fix my AC. Bob was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and he took the time to explain everything he was doing to me. He was also very courteous and respectful of my home, and he made sure to clean up after himself when he was finished. Most importantly, Bob was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my AC quickly and effectively. Thanks to him, my home is cool and comfortable once again. I would highly recommend Bob and HeatPro to anyone who needs AC repair or service.
Our furnace went out late night, called Bob and he made time to come out right away to check it out. Yep, dead furnace. He graciously moved some things around, and got our new furnace installed quickly. Not to mention he had to do so much work to correct the backwards installation of the previous owners and the company they used. He's also done some friends' furnaces recently, and is the BEST!!! Too bad I can't give them 10 *****
