Very Insightful, Very respectful Very fast, and does an amazing job in a short time frame. Helped us see things that would have been so obvious but overlooked saved us from buying the wrong home. Our realtor contacted Jim at Master Home Inspection on Sunday to schedule for 24-48 hours later due to a short window for inspection. Jim was able to move things around to fit us in. When we arrived to the house to meet with Jim, he had already completed most of the inspection and was able to bring us around to every thing he found. Even small things he found and brought to our attention that would be proactive things. We've never had an inspection be so thorough. The report he sent us included detailed photos and a caption with his recommendation for how to fix the issue. Jim did the pre-purchase inspection of the home I want to buy. Jim did a very detailed inspection of this property. I was very happy with the work he did and made me aware of things unseen at the house. I would recommend him for a job well done and helpful.
