Jim helped me on inspection of a home that I had an offer on but I only had a few days to get the inspection completed. He fit me in and did a great job explaining the what he found. In the end his honest and unbiased inspection helped me to understand what I would be getting into for the 100 year old farm house. He spent nearly four hours going through the property. He then spent another hour walking me through the property identifying what he found. He pointed out several items that the seller said were in working order but actually were not. The next day he emailed me a report that identified items that helped me to make the decision on the property.
