There is NO other Vet office that compares to Otter Lake! The staff is amazing, you feel like your pet is being taken WELL care of (and they are of course) and they take the time for each and every pet like they were their own! I can't go to any other office EVER again, I love Otter Lake!!
Took my small dog in for eye irritation. The eyes were check for scratches on the cornea then I was give drops for Conjunctivitis. Grateful there was no pressure to check for allergies or give drugs that may not be needed.
Highly recommend Otter Lake! We’ve trusted them with our pets for many years. Recently, our dog had surgery, and they stayed late into the evening until he could come home. During this time, a liver disease was discovered, and they developed a comprehensive treatment plan for this uncommon diagnosis. Six months later, his recovery seems to be going well. We recently had a consultation with the U of M Veterinary Medical Center.
