The intake process and front desk staff were fast, competent and friendly making polite conversation without keeping people waiting. Dana Peterson CNP was extremely professional and took extra time to ensure that not only did she understand my issues and symptoms but that I understood my situation and options. Being nervous about my neck to the extent that my heart rate was elevated, the nurse joked with me about my shoes and helped take my mind off things while deftly gathering vitals. This location is not only competent, efficient and friendly but one of the best experiences I have ever had at any clinic. More healthcare institutions and locations should be like the M Health Fairview Spine Center.“

After weeks of frequent ER visits and bouncing from specialist to specialist, I was scheduled to see her on a whim. Although her specialty wasn't directly related to what I was experiencing, she listened to me with remarkable compassion and attention. Instead of simply referring me to yet another provider, she took the time to consult with her colleagues on-site (I believe Dr. Iqbal) about my symptoms and the best next steps. In which I was scheduled for a EEG that same day and an MRI the coming Friday. For the first time in months, I felt truly heard and validated.
