New Owners, Haugen Binion- Total Disaster!!! we tried using them for our taxes for 2 years & it went from bad to worse! Far too many egregious errors to enumerate here (such as permanently losing all of our documents) and NO communication! Crickets every time we called. Rude! Disorganized! Double charged us for services!

This was my first time using Ken Franzmeier to do my taxes, as well as my brothers taxes. Never again. The girls that work at the front desk are not very friendly and seemed to rush through the process of dropping your taxes off. I realized after dropping my taxes off, that no one asked for a phone number. I tried to call the office to give them this information, but got no answer. I then looked up the email address and sent my personal information along with my phone number, so they could contact me when my taxes were done. We have had our taxes done by Ken for over 30 years. They have always had them done in less then a week. This year, it has been over a month and today I found out that they MAY get them done in time. WTH! We just don't count as a big enough clients now I guess. REALLY PANICKED over this. They needed to be open about their lack of ability to get this done so we could have hired someone else. Now I'm up a creek without an oar. No one should ever be placed in this situation ?
