“My A/C went out and he came and gave me a quote. He said he could get me in a couple of days. He called me that night and said he had a cancelation and if they could come at 8am the next day. I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. “While I have had these guys out for minor problems, and they have always been prompt, this last problem entailed replacing the A/C and the Furnace. Both were original when we built the house in 2002.
Richard came to assess, and before leaving spent about 30 minutes drawing up specs for a new furnace, to make sure everything fit. A couple days later, Rich, Greg, Steve and Henry showed up with the new equipment and immediately started to disassemble and re-install. About 4-1/2 hours later, they were cleaned up and going over instructions on the new system.
I LOVE these guys. Pricing was in line with others I've talked to, and the techs were knowledgeable and had a great bed-side manner. They are taking care of any paperwork needed to get rebates and tax credits, so I won't be banging my head.
