Great varieties of herbs, vegetable plants, really cool types of tomato plants I've never seen before, same with peppers, the flowers there are amazing! Lots of greenhouses and areas to shop, cute Garden shop, great staff and it was easy to park!

I was like yes. This was in August 2021 the week it felt like 200 degrees. His grandkids installed the A/C. They did a great job and answered all my questions. I am happy to see that this business will be around for generations.
7 weeks ago, I had a pinched nerve in my back and it was the most agonizing and painful experience I have ever encountered. No pain medication worked! We’re always updating our 93-year-old house. No decision about home improvements caused us more anxiety than deciding to paint our kitchen cabinets. Abraham convinced us the project was not only doable but would result in an as-new appearance. We could not have been more impressed with the quality and the efficiency with which it was accomplished. They came to do the work on the exact day promised and finished the whole project the same week including some extra work we asked them to do. They are perfectionists! They used a primer and two coats of a two part industrial paint (paint plus hardener) which resulted in a factory quality finish. Doors and drawer fronts were painted offsite with their sophisticated automated spray machine while the cabinet boxes and other woodwork were being painted onsite. And their price was significantly less than two other firms we spoke with about the project. We’re now encouraging our daughter to hire Franco Painting for their kitchen upgrade. This is just a great company!
While I have had these guys out for minor problems, and they have always been prompt, this last problem entailed replacing the A/C and the Furnace. Both were original when we built the house in 2002.
Richard came to assess, and before leaving spent about 30 minutes drawing up specs for a new furnace, to make sure everything fit. A couple days later, Rich, Greg, Steve and Henry showed up with the new equipment and immediately started to disassemble and re-install. About 4-1/2 hours later, they were cleaned up and going over instructions on the new system.
I LOVE these guys. Pricing was in line with others I've talked to, and the techs were knowledgeable and had a great bed-side manner. They are taking care of any paperwork needed to get rebates and tax credits, so I won't be banging my head.

I can’t say enough good things about Otter Lake Animal Care Center! My dog recently had BOAS surgery and experienced some complications afterward. Dr. Scanlan and the entire team were absolutely amazing—they even stayed with him the night of the operation to ensure he was okay and provided me with regular updates. Their kindness, dedication, and genuine care have meant so much to me during a very stressful time. I’m thrilled to say that my dog is now home and doing well, all thanks to the exceptional care he received here. I highly recommend Otter Lake Animal Care Center!
