I can’t say enough good things about Unique Wood Floors. Their customer service is incredible. I worked with Alex at the Hopkins location and went through so many different floor samples. I was able to bring them home and keep them for several days. This process took me a while to decide on color but Alex was great to work with. I never felt pressured or in a hurry to decide and he got back to me on all my follow up questions very promptly. Their floors are reasonably priced and great quality! Thank you Alex and Unique Wood Floors for the exceptional service!
