“Had Steve out to do a walk-around of our property and give an assessment on tree work. He did a great job of explaining not only what he thought we needed done, but why we should do those things.

In the end, we hired Shadywood to prune a few trees and remove a 60-year-old silver maple with significant hollows that was in danger of falling on our house. Their quote was not the lowest, but it was reasonable and they did come down a bit when presented with the competing quote.

There was a bit of delay while waiting for Xcel to come do their safety trim, but once that was done Shadywood was quick to come and do their work. They left the property in reasonable shape and were very communicative about scheduling the work. Ultimately we were very happy with Shadywood and will be going back to them the next time we need tree work done.“
