I wish I could give zero stars because I received zero service despite attempting over many months to book a service. I have never had to try that hard to book a service with anyone. I even finally got an appointment time and something came up but she never even totally said that my appointment wasn’t going to happen. I tried to be so flexible- tried calling and texting (two different numbers). You can’t run a business this way. I would have given up sooner but I paid money for a Groupon that I can’t utilize because it’s impossible to book. I want my money back.
I had a great experience with Sarah. It was my first dermaplaning session and it was amazing . She is very attentive , friendly and explained the entire process. I will definitely go back again :)
I really enjoyed my experience at the orchid room! It was my first time ever doing derma planning and I had an amazing experience! Sarah made me feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time. As a Black woman I was nervous at first to try somewhere and someone new but trust me Sarah is amazing and my skin looks flawless ! I will be back !!!
