Excellent service with Shadywood. The tree ninjas are fun to watch! They are super safety conscious, which I appreciate. The crew does a fantastic job of cleaning up all of the trimmed branches and leaves. Highly recommend! 5 stars
Poor communication between the arborist and crew doing the work. Forman for the job was unprofessional rude and disrespectful, team had a snowball fight while working our job, didn’t trim trees as arborist had agreed with us, couldn’t get a return call from the office on details, and not 1 crew member had a mask on while working. I would never use them again.
Great crew, lots of attention to detail, great cleanup! Professional crew, job well done. Will definitely use in the future and will refer my neighbors to them if they need work done.
