My family and I have been going here for taxes for many years. I have always been pleased on the service as he is efficient with his time. However, this year he would not take my tax return because “I did not go in last year” (2020 tax year). I decided to do them on my own because of Covid. Although it’s not a big deal as there are several competent accountants in the area. It is the principle that my family have been loyal customers for countless years and just because I didn’t go in last year, he just decided he didn’t want to do mine even though my family went in again this year.
