“My husband and I live down near Madison, Wi but recently bought a smaller 2 bedroom home near our daughter in Duluth's Lakeside area. We needed a 1/2 bath put in the basement. My Duluth piano tuner tuned me in to Vesel Construction and they were easy and very reliable to work with. Once we signed the contract we had to interact primarily remotely...[due to 2 knee surgeries and 2 electrical issues with our truck] so we never got to to see what was going on till we made it up to Duluth to view the final project. Wow it was great. Dan and Mike were easy to work with and so helpful. Also I was worried to see what kind of mess they might have left. Well no worries. I actually joked about hiring them to clean the house because they did such a great job of leaving our house in good condition. “I had a terrible backup in my basement from my septic system. The pump wasn't working. Dakotah ( North Shore Restore) came to my house and not only did he do a really amazing cleanup he was here every day and he was very kind and considerate. He explained every step in his cleanup. They are honest, respectful and so dedicated to the work they do and it absolutely shows. “We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time.“

“I feel a little bad not being able to give five stars, but in good conscious couldn't just because our original project manager kind of dropped the ball on the project. We first contacted the company March of 2023 and received good communication for a few weeks - then it fell off. I made numerous calls to the office over the months until fall when I was finally told that our insurance had given approval on the claim and I was just waiting to be contacted to schedule the actual work. This was Sept/Oct. I waited knowing that they were busy due to the heavy snows until about early December still had not heard anything. Again made numerous calls until early spring of 2024 when we finally got Brad assigned our case as project manager. Brad was spectacular, he really made sure that he communicated clearly and quickly with us and answered all our questions and went to bat for us with our insurance. If we had had Brad as our original project manager I would be looking for a way to give them 6 stars. The whole team doing the work was also very nice and efficient. I am not sure if the other guy is still there but if you want great customer service I would ask for Brad.“
