Sometimes you have a condition, you think you have to live with. Then a friend recommended myofascal release. See I suffered with long covid and lost my sence of smell. I had trouble breathing. Let me tell you after I had my myofascial release on my head and neck, Holy smokes I could smell again. My breathing is better than ever . This is something that is maintained with perodic treatments.

Jolynn helped my sinus injection disappear with a Face and Head Myofascial Release treatment. She was very informative about what she was doing and what l could do on my own to relieve the pressure. During the treatment my head started gurgling, fluid moving, she asked what do you feel now. I said a stuck phlegm ball, she literally pulled my leg and released it! My sinus infection never came back. Sure I have allergies still, but no pressure or infection. I will definitely keep on top of this with her. She really knows her stuff!!
