“I called Rumpca Services this morning at around 10:30 am to check our water heater because the pilot light kept going out over the last four days. They had a technician out to my house by noon. He diagnosed the problem and told me the options were to fix the gas valve or replace the water heater because it was 14 years old. I felt the best option was to replace the water heater before something else went wrong with it because they only last for 15 years.
The technician had the new water heater in and heating up by 1:00pm. That’s only two and a half hours from the time I first called. That’s fast!
We will use Rumpca Services again in the future when we need something done fast and done the right way. Thank you.“
