I recently had my carpets and two chair upholstery cleaned and I was very impressed with their service. The carpets had some pretty bad stains from an exterior door being attached to our living room and I had small patches that needed repair from a new puppy. When I initially called they were able to give me pricing options per my situation over the phone. At the appointment they went over the process/steps of the carpet cleaning, the price, and the after care. It was very thorough and thoughtful. I was impressed with the job, the carpets looked brand new. I was also very happy with the price, very affordable for the amount of service I required. I will be using Premier Clean & Restore in the future!
