“Dr Nancy Simmons was great, she explained everything to me and was listening and monitoring the tech as I got my Digital Retinal Imaging done. I will return for my eye exam here next year. I really felt the Dr Simmons was not just going through the motions but really cared about giving me the best eye exam. I will not purchase glasses here anymore, the sales person lied to me. Funny thing is I would have made the same purchase without the lies. I hate high pressure sales tactics with lies so I will be purchasing my glasses elsewhere. in the future.“

“Truly cannot say enough good things about my experience here. I worked with them from out of state, after I purchased some frames in Japan. When I got home nobody locally would put my lenses in them because they were designed a little differently. I found Division online and was able to ship them my frames to be serviced. Lisa was a breeze to work with and so friendly. After we first spoke I felt totally comfortable shipping these pretty expensive frames out. “I moved to Minnesota from Iowa and needed to find a new eye doctor. Moving to Kennedy Vision was seamless and easy, and I was able to get scheduled very quickly. The office in Plymouth was clean and everyone was very friendly. I ordered my contacts through them and they arrived very quickly. I did see an update that they requiring all patients to do the Optomap exam, which is not fully covered by insurance (I believe it's a $39 copay for patients 18+). While this may be beneficial, I do with there was an option to stick with the basic exam that is covered. Overall, I have had a good experience so far with Kennedy Vision!“

“We have been seeing Dr. Loerzel for many years as a family. She has been so patient with all of our needs. Our eyes are so important and she has our best interests at heart. We are in good hands..Her staff is great about explaining insurance coverages and are more than willing to help with all questions. At times they can be busy because they are located inside a busy Wal Mart store location, but this staff and care is worth the time and wait!“

I did have further concerns that same night, they called the "on call" retina surgeon and got me an appt the next day at that office. They really care! Amazing experience, she knew everything about all their product offerings and was able to explain in detail how small parts of the product and purchasing process worked.
