Richards Caroet and flooring were outstanding! James communication was nothing less than perfect! The quote was clear and transparent and everything was delivered as promised. The flooring crew were here on time and did an amazing job! 100 stars out of a 100!
We had a great experience with getting new carpet in multiple rooms within our house. Nick was very helpful in working with us in selecting the right carpet for the different areas. The installers did a great job and worked with us to do it over two days to minimize moving furniture to open up rooms for the new carpet to be installed
My wife and I renovated the floors in our new home. James was incredibly helpful and attentive in giving us an estimate on time and cost, and then remained in good communication as we worked with the hard wood floor specialist and carpet specialist to get all the floors renovated. The end product is incredible! The refinished hard wood looks amazing, and the carpet is perfect for those spaces.
Overall a great experience and all contractors were friendly, professional, and prompt with their work!
