Have worked wit them for 5 years now. This family business is excellent and bases their success upon honesty, integrity and a great customer experience. Had an issue with my system late Tuesday afternoon. They returned my call that evening and came out the next morning to repair. All successfully accomplished AND they let me know the part replaced had 1 month left on the warranty. Integrity at it's finest.
Can't say enough good things about Dustin and the entire team at J Smith HVAC!! After a national 1 hour arrival unit came out (AC went out and J Smith was booked) and didn't really fix anything and wanted $2000 for leak test. J Smith CALLED ME today and said they had an opening. Dustin showed up 15 minutes later, not only did things the national said they couldn't and wouldn't, he cleaned the unit off, went back to get a supply he thought would help and came back to administer. Walked me through realistic option for an AC that is 16 years old, and I was delighted to pay him $600.

Great to deal with! On time and didn't charge an arm and a leg like other places. Glad to have found them and will definitely stick with them rather then the big name companies.
