Tow guy Rye came by and picked my dead car up, and dropped it off at home. Super nice, even helped me push it into the garage!

I requested the tow service via my roadside assistance under my auto insurance. My car was leaking and did not want to end up driving it to the repair shop to get stuck in the middle of a busy road.
It took a while for them to get to my place. Booked past 9:30am and they arrived a little past 11:30am.
The guy was fine and he towed with care. It was my first time to ever get my car towed. Insurance covered it thank goodness. So far, experience was good.
If they towed it unsolicited, I may have the same negative reaction as the rest of the people here but so far it's all good on my end.

Frovik's is super friendly and reliable. I needed a tow to my preferred shop and they were there within 30 mins and charged considerably less than what I was quoted from competing companies. Highly recommended!
