All Season Outdoor Maintenance

I live in a townhome complex which contracts this Company. I have amended my review by hoping that this crew does a better job of taking care of the leaves, lawn, snow removal and gutters going forward. Yesterday I noticed that they did blow alot of debris from both the front and back yards. Although it wasn't perfect, it was an improvement to what expectations were before. I will give them time to implement new features and care to our property in the future. They somehow can't seem to finish the job. It is October and they are tasked to winterize the sprinkler system at my townhome, which is the right thing to do. But they keep coming back and coming back and coming back and coming back. Always loud. When do they go away for awhile? Why are they so loud? Why don't they care?
