I hired James earlier this year to replace flooring and a door in my basement bedroom that I wanted to convert to a home office. From the beginning, James was professional and courteous, and his communication was excellent. I am a female and in my thirties, and home remodeling of any kind is not in my realm of expertise, so I really appreciated that James explained things to me thoroughly without being condescending. He gave me a quote upfront and stuck to that price. He also put me in touch with one of his vendors so I could pick out the flooring, and I was very happy with that company. James and his brother removed the old carpeting and installed the new LVP flooring and it turned out perfectly. He also went through the trouble of finding the office door that I wanted instead of me searching for something on my own. I had done my research on the door I wanted, and what James found matched what I was expecting in looks, quality, and price. He also kindly gave me advice on some things I decided to tackle on my own (caulking, sanding, etc.) and that was appreciated. During the time I spent with James, I found him to be very meticulous in his work, which was reflected in the final product of my room. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and I would absolutely hire him again if I ever have any remodeling needs.

May 2022

I had another roofing company replace a rubber membrane on my roof. During this process they damaged the ceiling of my porch underneath. I spent 9 months trying to get them back (thankfully I had withheld $$) I finally gave up and hired James from All American Roofing and Remodeling. He was prompt and VERY THOROUGH when fixing what the others had wrecked. I appreciated his pragmatism and willingness to discuss various options. I will definitely refer him to friends and would not hesitate to bring him in for future projects.
