Last spring we had five mini-split heads and two compressors with heat pumps installed in our 1924 four square home. While we’ve had some issues with the system (all fixable), we’ve had phenomenal customer service and overall are quite happy with the system. Mike Simon has been our main point of contact and has been an exemplar of maintaining positive customer relationships. He responds in a timely and polite manner, communicates proactively, and clearly is determined to help us through the issues we’ve had (again, all solvable issues). I have Air Mechanical do all of my services for Heating and Air. I always have good experiences and the technicians are knowledgeable and efficient as well as courteous. My last AC service done by Drew L. And he did an excellent job servicing the equipment and answering all questions I had. I highly recommend AM.

We were recommended to Air Mechanical and have been extremely pleased with their service so far. When we had an HVAC issue, a technician was out the same day, and an electrician arrived within two days for another issue. Both professionals (Mike S. and Matt U.) were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
I also appreciate the excellent communication from the main office, including receiving a photo of the technician expected at our door. This added level of detail made us feel secure and informed throughout the process.
We will definitely be using Air Mechanical for all our home needs in the future. Highly recommended!
