Vision Pro Optical - Grand Rapids

I’ve been going to Vision Pro for about 5 years now, and it has always been a wonderful establishment. From their doctors, to their nurses and techs, they do a stand up job. And If you’re a stickler for appearance and cleanliness like I am, you’ll love it at Vision Pro. The new virtual eye exam is also great as well, I highly recommend it. They explain in detail every single step along the way just as the doctor was in the room with you. So if you’re in a time crunch and don’t have time to wait for an opening with the doctor, this is it so check it out!

I’ve always gone to Vision Pro and it’s always a great, friendly, kind experience! They also replaced my nose pieces on an old pair before I left! I highly recommend the new ability to take a Digital Retinal Photograph! Great preventative measure for knowing the health of your eye! *not covered by insurance, but well worth the $29! Get yours done at your next visit!*

Dr. Wilson is always very thorough and answers all my questions. Kari and Kairiss are so helpful with helping me select new glasses. They never make me feel pressured to upgrade or spend more money. Also, the receptionist and tech are always polite and efficient. I highly recommend Vision Pro Optical to all my friends and family!! Thank you all for your wonderful customer service.
