One of the very few contractors that will keep in contact with you. Very organized. Makes sure everything is right. I had ice dam problems. Dryer vent was originally in the valley and caused ice dams. He moved it to correct spot. Added insulation and ventilation. We have gone through contractors the last 4 years and they did not fix our problems.. Some came and looked at it and we never heard back from them them.. By the way this was a new home 4 years ago when it all started with water dripping from kitchen lights. John is courteous and is on top of any thing that his people have done and that it is done to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend John... read full review
