“My electric water heater at my cabin wasn't producing hot water and I was expecting guests in two days. Being that I live in the Twin Cities and working full time, I wasn't able to get to the cabin in time to fix the water heater before the guests arrived. Two hours after I called Venture to explain the situation, the electrician called me back and told me that they identified the problem and replaced the limit sensor. He tested to make certain hot water was coming out of the faucet. I couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism.
