I have been a patient of Dr. Matt’s for about 6 years now and I’m incredibly thankful for the Center of Movement and how it has impacted my life! Having a back injury has often left me feeling defeated and struggling to see a path forward. Dr. Matt (and Julia - I recently started seeing her too!) makes me feel empowered and supported. I know they will have my back (literally) no matter what treatment path I choose. They have given me tools and spent countless hours with me to help me get, and stay, out of pain. Matt is such a great guy. Very friendly and personable. My health situation is quite unique and complicated. Matt listened to me cry initially explaining all my problems with chronic pain. He helped me so much to be a bit stronger in the right areas to make daily living a bit easier. I highly recommend him as a doctor, a trainer, and just a authentic human.
I have worked with both Dr. Matt and Dr. Josh at The Center of Movement and cannot speak highly enough. I’ve struggled with back injuries and back pain since I was a teen due to sport injuries. Over the last 10+ years I’ve seen countless chiropractors and have suffered from horrible back pain, and I can say with certainty there is no other group I’d rather work with and trust!
Over the last year my back strength and range of motion is light years different, and the physical + mental possibilities are endless. I would HIGHLY recommend TCOM for any pain, rehab, etc. you are suffering from and/or want to work on. They are one of a kind!
