After a hailstorm Pat interfaced effectively with the insurance company and then communicated clearly with his roofing (Will) and siding (Vadim) teams to get the work done thoroughly and well. I'm grateful for the beautiful job they did on my house. They efficiently deal with surprises also. The roof unexpectedly had a wooden plank decking with gaps that needed to be reinforced with plywood which was taken care of quickly. Everyone was pleasant and professional and they clean up completely when finished.“

The estimate we got was very thorough, and the cost came in very close to the original, given that we were expecting that the roof would need re-decking. Jim came up with a great suggestion for solving our chimney problem that saved us several thousand dollars. As for the actual work - great crew, arrived when they said they would, finished when they said they would, cleaned up very nicely and actually left our garage floor cleaner than when they started (thanks, guys!) They were also great at answering any questions we had. We would work with them again anytime (though our new roof is likely to outlast us!)“

Our very old roof had hail damage and we chose North Point to take on the project because of North Point's representative, Alex's, patience and clarity. Our long-time insurance covered us well, but negotiating the cost coverage was long and painful. Happily, those negotiations were handled completely by Alex. The roof was put on in a day and the clean-up was thorough. Our questions, which were plentiful, were always answered completely, patiently and kindly. “Overall, a really good roofing job from Thompson Exteriors. The new shingles look nice and professional, and the extra work to reinforce my old house’s sagging eve issue was worth it. Once the work got started, they were consistent and professional every day that they showed up. Job didn’t take relatively long and workers were there consistently every day until to the work was finished. One constructive piece of feedback: They need project managers. At times it was hard to nail down the exact start date, and felt like it was pushed several times. This may have been due to too many jobs on the plate of my point-of-contact, or just simply the lack of a project manager.“

“I first called John last winter when my roof developed bad ice dams. I’ve had some experience with them at my previous home. Back then I could shovel the whole house myself but unfortunately my new home is a tad bit more difficult. As he claims, he answers his phone all the time. Within a day John and his crew came out and did a phenomenal job removing the snow. Last year there was a hail storm and I thought why not have John take a look at it in the spring. He came out and confirmed that there was damage as I suspected. I called my insurance company and they set up a meeting with John. Unfortunately, my insurance company initially denied the claim. John and his partner Jerry worked tirelessly with my insurance company and finally after three months realized that there was damage and my roof was approved. Once approved John himself and his team were working. They started on a Saturday morning worked tirelessly until 8pm returning Sunday morning and finished around 3pm. John’s crew was professional, Courteous and thorough. I’m not sure why there have been some poor reviews but all I can say after being a homeowner for over 30 years in the cities and have had my roof replaced 3 times at my previous home with less than acceptable results I’m completely overwhelmed by John Haley Roofing. John was present and active throughout the process. John even went above and beyond by getting atop the roof helping and directing from start to finish.“
