I would give it a 1 star, but to be fair, I was unable to use their full services in the end. What happened is the following:As a small business of about 15 employees, we have no experience using ACH transactions. We do not know how it works, aside from the basics of people paying us directly into our bank account. We filled out the application form, and the form said to NOT email it to them, and instead, to email a specific email address to let them know we had an application to send in.
