The staff were so kind and courteous. The doctor was so professional and truly explained everything to me and guided me on next steps. I was nervous and he made me feel at ease and comfortable! Moving forward, I’ll definitely be using this clinic for all my eye exams and any other related needs!
I just wish the entire team both doctor and assistant were more personable. 915am appointment, doctor at 945 or so. It would be nice if a mirror to take contacts out was more accessible. Both doctor and assistant left the room after exam. I had to ask that the lights be turned up so I could put my contacts back in. I hope the patient visit is not based on a timing stat. We are people and need to be treated as such.
Dr. Dovich performed my cataract and Light Adjustable Lens surgeries three months ago and I am thrilled with the results. I have been severely nearsighted for decades but am now able to see clearly without glasses or contact lenses. I was more than a little apprehensive about both procedures but he reassured and supported me throughout. I am immeasurably grateful.
