We developed a leak during the night from a storm late last month. We contacted Adam in the morning and by 11:00 he had his technicians Rogelio and Cruz on site diagnosing the problem. By 2:00 they had obtained the replacement supplies and had replaced our bad vent pipe and the shingles around it. The leak was fixed before any damage could occur and has held up to the heavy rain we have had since then.
