Was referred to us by Jenny from Grossman/Trump in Benson when they did not have a technician available on Saturday. Rapid Response was very punctual, professional, and Brad Nelson quoted us a price before he even came out. Would highly recommend.

I had Rapid response out to install a new boiler, and they were fantastic from start to finish! Which was a two day process going from an old cast iron to a high efficiency. Answered my 700 questions without hesitation, everyone was very super nice and professional as well! They also noticed we were needing a new water heater and took care of that right away for us as well!
