“Called Steve at 8:30 in the morning for non-functioning furnace. He had a crew out within an hour. Eric and Tony worked diligently in an attempt to resuscitate our 38 year old furnace but with no help from Lennox it was not meant to be. We needed to have electrical installed for a hot tub and the company we've been loyal customers with for several years gave us a quote that was $3500 over what Ellingson's quoted.

Jordan who came to do the bid was great, very personable and took the time to explain what they would do, understood our desire for it not look obnoxious.

My husband handled most of the follow-up conversation with Jordan was commented how responsive he was and communicated clearly.

Jessica in the office is also very friendly and polite.

And then Mike, the man who actually come out to do the work, what a great guy. And it turned out that he was part of the team that did the electrical in our house when it was built. He was just the nicest guy and the work was exceptional, everything was tucked out of sight and he didn't leave a scrap of any sort of material behind.

I'm so grateful to the person who referred me to Ellingson's as I'd heard in conversation that they are really expensive. Lesson learned. Do your homework. Get bids, ask around.

We are incredibly pleased with Ellingson's and will be looking to them for all our future needs.
