Sam was awesome. Was locked out of the car at 6am, he answered and came right away. Was back into the car within 5 minutes of him showing up. Definitely don't hesitate and reach out for their help
I wanted two locks keyed alike. My lock was difficult to pick, but Sam was persistent and picked it successfully. Then he put in the pins to match the key with perfection. I greatly appreciate skilled craftspeople!
Sam is great, he showed up quickly to help with a broken piece of key that was stuck in the lock in our front door. It ended up being very stuck, but he was able to take the lock apart, push the broken key piece out from the back of the lock, and put everything back together without needing to re-key it or reset the door code. He was patient and even took the time to show me how the lock worked. I would definitely recommend Sam!
