Absolutely Amazing. After being told I needed a new pipe line Marvel came was able to clear the pipe lines. Not only are they affordable, professional, and kind. They know their stuff and not trying to rip you off. The last company not only told me I needed a whole new pipe line they also left me with a leaking pipe and said nothing they can do about it. Marvel took the time to clear the drain and fix the leak. Jesus Thank You. I was treated like a person and not as another call. Single mom of 5, Thanks so much.
I called and Marvel was able to provide price before coming and send out technician day of. Jesus called ahead to ask if he could come early, was communicative and kind, and did a great job explaining the issue. They came referred and now I know why. Will continue to use Marvel and sign up for their yearly checks & clearing of main line. Thanks Jesus and Nick and happy holidays!
I highly recommend Marvel Plumbing! This was the second time they helped out. (Please see my other review below.). Because Marvel is located quite a distance from me, I've had several other plumbing companies come out annually to clean out the main drain. The last one charged me $584, which seemed like a lot - plus if I wanted them to use the camera, I had to pay extra. This year I decided to return to Marvel Plumbing and am so glad I did. Ryan spent over an hour grinding away the built up grease that has obviously been there for several years (probably since they last cleaned it.)
