“I called the eye care center late this afternoon after experiencing some symptoms in my left eye. I spoke to Sarah on the phone and she was very helpful and concerned. She was able to ask Dr. McCarty questions and they decided I needed to be seen. Dr. McCarty was so kind she was done for the day but waited for me to get there to check things out. I so appreciate the kindness of the team and willingness to help me.
