They charged me because they forgot I had insurance and put the wrong address on my form... Just not great attention to detail. I would give a 1 star but my eye exam itself was really good so I'll give it 2

I've been using this location for over 15 years. Dr. Bruesh is Awesome. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. I was here on 1/27/2023 for an eye appt. and new glasses. Watch an entitled Karen go ballistic on the staff due to a card reading issue. The staff handled it professionally and the Karen still was a complete Jerk. If she leaves a review I will destroy her credibility.

Kudos to the Forest Lake Walmart Optical Department! The first pair of frames I tried on were the ones for me. Ordered them on Monday and picked them up on Friday. Around $170, so that fit my "keep it under $200" guideline. Wow! They're perfect and my night driving just got a whole lot easier. Thank you!
