I carry stress in my neck & shoulders. Dr Justin has worked with me for a few years now and takes the time to talk with me about “what’s going on” with my body & health. When I walk out of Total Family I feel like my head and neck are relaxed and I am walking straight. I am also reminded to drink more water. ;)
