They were very knowledgeable and honest about the ability to install an outlet in one of our rooms. It was described in detail to me what options we had at each price point. As they continued their work they kept me informed on progress and made sure I understood what exactly they were doing. They also give the convenience of letting you know when your service person is on their way to your home via text! I felt very informed and that my best interests were their best interests too.
