5 stars isn't enough for this company. We have known Brad since 1994/95. We started with him because the house we bought at the time had a furnace from "HELL". After thinking our house was going to blow up every time it ignited, I had met him earlier that year and remembered I still had his card. So one day he came out and heard this horrendous noise coming from the furnace. I can't tell you how many hours he was willing to spend trying to figure out the problem. Eventually after several days replacing this and that, we all decided that maybe it would be better to just do what it took to stop this from going on. I can honestly say that his price after this was all over was VERY fair. First class work we were very happy to pay without loosing an arm, or a leg. Job # 2 consisted of installing a air conditioner to this same address. Same thing, first class work for fair prices. Now 22 years later (new address) our air conditioner wasn't working like it should so without hesitation we called Brad and he came out the following day; but later discovered that our furnace had a big crack in it. Unfortunately he had to red flag it. We now have both a new furnace and new air conditioner installed by the "BEST".....Your customer service is outstanding as well as your experience. Thank you Brad from the bottom of of our hearts. A cracked furnace could of resulted in a bad situation. See you this fall for our annual furnace check-up!!! Peace and God bless~~~
