The water softener was installed in 2023 and has had issues since install and after 3 technicians came out and looked at it and could find nothing wrong we got the technician ted and he found the issue right away and it was a defect. He explained exactly what was happening and why and he fixed the issue free of charge since it was under warranty and on them. Things happen nothing is perfect all the time but the coustomer service was next level and would highly recommend for that alone. Ted was awesome.

Your service technician did a great job he realized that the wrong circuit board was ordered and he ordered another one and it turned up that one was wrong and he kept at it and he found one someplace else and he went and Got it came back and installed it and it worked fine now thank you

Mason was fantastic, thorough, and friendly! He addressed any concerns that I had and took steps to ensure my furnace was working optimally. He also answered all of my questions and gave me advice with options on what I could do moving forward. I really appreciate the kind and knowledgeable service staff at Neighborhood! Thank you!
