We ran into a snafu with our lift station the other day. I called Nature's Call and they were so patient with me trying to explain the problem. They arrived within a couple of hours and had the problem solved within the hour. They explained to me what was going on, offered me different solutions, and allowed me to make the best decision for our situation. The person helping us was very patient with all my questions and really helped me process through what we should do in the long run. I appreciate the professionalism, non-judgement, and support Nature's Call offered us. Thank you so much for always quickly being there for us when we need you!
Nature's call is the epitome of honest, hard work. Everyone on the team, from Karla coordinating in the office to Doug and Jake out in the field know their trade. It was obvious from day 1. Our campground has a complex septic system and before doing any work, Doug walked the property, sketched out a map and took the time to explain how everything works. It was invaluable to us new owners. When a pump failed in a lift station, Nature's Call installed a new one over the weekend. We had problems with our septic lines freezing. Karla was understanding on the phone and personable. Doug came out and got us taken care of within a week. He found the issues with our lines and went above and beyond to help us. He was up front with pricing and cleaned up afterward. I'll definitely call them again!
