“Woke up to no heat on a Saturday morning. I diagnosed that the flame sensor wasn't working. Called John's heating and left a message. Immediately got a call back from Jay. He walked through my diagnostic of a bad flame sensor and told me to clean it (sand paper) and try it before replacing. Also said he would drive into town to match my part up if it needs replacement. I cleaned it up and I now have heat! Highly recommend John's heating & air conditioning!“
