Messaged over Facebook if they’d be interested to paint part of our house again since they did good work several years ago and they had decent rates.They said yes and asked for my address and then didn’t follow up for 8 days despite me following up twice and seeing they “read” the message. Left a bad review and they immediately responded saying they were logged out of FB and now are “too busy”.I’ve wasted over a week of time and now have to find a new company when they could have just told me upfront they were “to busy”.

Jim and his crew did a great job , I did receive other bids and triumph was the lowest , my job was also done in a timely matter vs other painters who were months away from my timeline . I would definitely recommend triumph !!!
